Beef from authentic Angus born in Ireland and fattened on cereal by national cattle breeders. Angus is a young animal, slaughtered at 2 years of age. It resembles the classic veal in juiciness, but has a genuine flavor that makes it stand out. In addition, the supervision of its last years of feeding in Spain, makes us have a very stable meat all year round in terms of morphological characteristics, flavor and texture.
The good care of the animal and its feeding make this hamburger one of the most exclusive that can be consumed today. The mixture of the noble parts of the animal that provide texture and juiciness, are mixed with the potency of flavor offered by the matured pieces of the animal’s own loin.
